Hi. My name is Elaine Newman. The agency was established in 1986 and I manage it on a personal basis. I was a working mother throughout my children's formative years and understand the problems that families have balancing home, children and work commitments.

Having had au-pairs in my own home for 24 years, I can honestly state that I could not have managed without the invaluable help that my au-pairs provided. Many of my own au-pairs are now married, with their own children and have become long-standing family friends.

I hope that you enjoy the "au-pair experience" as much as I and my family have done.
